Abstract

Equation of State of Dense Matter in Neutron Stars

We discuss recent equations of state for dense nuclear matter with possible phase transitions arising in neutron stars such a pion, kaon and hyperon condensation, superfluidity a quark matter, and their influence on the structure of neutron star. Specifically, we search for maximum and minimum mass, radius a temperature of neutron stars and compare them with observations
