The Genesis of General Relativity |
The lecture takes a look at the development of the theory of General Relativity as part of a scientific revolution whose origins lie in a crisis of late classical physics. It is based on recent historical work - in particular on Einstein's research notebooks and offers new insights into Einstein's theoretical laboratory. |
