The hosts of low redshift gamma-ray bursts |
Although the bulk of observed GRBs, both long and short, occur at high redshift, a fraction are the result of events in low redshift galaxies. I consider the nature and numbers of these low redshift bursts, what can be learnt from their hosts, and their relationship to high redshift GRBs. |
