Pair creation of neutrino through Pauli interaction in the vicinity of strongly magnetized compact object. |

We discuss the possibility of pair creations of neutrino with nonvanishing magnetic moment in the strong magnetic field around the compact object. Through the Pauli interaction essentially coupled to the inhomogeniety of the magnetic field, the production rate shows the non-perturbative characteristics analogues to the Schwinger proceess(1).
