This work deals with questions of formation of large-scale spottiness in the distribution of matter in the Universe within the framework of Weyl-Cartan spacetime and provides the calculation of energy of quantum of the dilatacion field. It also discusses questions of detecting the waves generated by matter with dilation charge. |
