A non-linear sigma model as the source of the gravitational field and isometric embeddings |

We consider the applications from harmonic isometric embedding method (Chervon and Romero, 2003) for solving the equations of non-linear sigma model coupled to gravitational field. We use the isometric embeddings of the target space into spacetime as an additional conditions to Einstein equations. Then we apply Campbell-Maggard method with the aim to find the exact solutions of self-gravitating sigma model. |
