Stabilized High Power Laser for Advanced Gravitational Wave Detectors |

To improve the shot noise limited sensitivity laser with several hundred Watt of power will be used in advanced Gravitational Wave Detectors. In addition to the high power a very pure spatial profile and a high power and frequency stability is required.This contribution will describe the performance and the stabilization concept of a 200W injection-locked laser system to be used in the Advanced LIGO detector. |
