Gravity Probe B Mission: Data Analysis System and Strategy |

After a year of collecting data from four science gyroscopes of the Gravity Probe B (GP-B) spacecraft the GP-B Science Group has started its final phase -¬ the Science Data Analysis. The accuracy of the relativistic drift measurements, the credibility of the final results, and the complexity of GP-B data analysis require constant creative interaction between physicists and aerospace engineers. Although no final results will be announced until April 2007, the methodology, models, and estimation techniques of the GP-B science data analysis system will be presented |
