Spin foam perturbation theory for quantum gravity

We describe spin foam perturbation theory for a Euclidean quantum gravity theory with a cosmological constant in 3 and 4 dimensions. In 3 dimensions we show that a consistent theory can be defined in a dillute gas limit where one uses triangulations coming from the baricentric subdivisions of the allowed cubulations of the manifold. In 4 dimensions we argue that the same procedure gives a consistent theory.
