Olliptic code: High order multigrid elliptic equation solver

We present Olliptic, our new parallel high order multigrid elliptic equation solver with adaptive mesh refinement. Our code was designed to solve the Eintein's constraint equations numerically to generate initial data and perform "constrained evolutions" as well. For initial data we will show a test of performance and accuracy solving initial data for numerical evolutions of three equal-mass black holes using the "moving puncture" approach. For constrain evolution we present results solving the Schr\"odinger-Poisson system which describes the evolution of a scalar field in the weak gravitational limit.
