Abstract

PROPERTIES OF THE BLACK DIRINGS

Previously we discovered the five-dimensional S1-rotating black rings can be superposed in concentric way by the use of some solitonic solution-generating technique. We especially constructed regular black diring systems. Following our work, Evslin and Krishnan constructed some diring solutions using an inverse scattering method. However, it is not so clear whether these two dirings solutions are physically equivalent or not due to the complexity of their expressions. So we first discuss the equivalence of these two different representations on the base of the facts establised by Hollands and Yazadjiev. we also give some physical quantities of the dirings(ADM and Komar quantites etc.) Using these quatities, we clarify some characteristics of the regular black diring systems.
