Black Holes in the Universe |
I will review the observational evidences for the existence of black holes in microquasars, AGN and gamma-ray-bursts of long duration. Then, I will review the relativistic phenomena observed close to the horizon of these three manifestations of astrophysical black holes. Lastly, I will discuss recent evidences on the formation of black holes by direct collapse. |
