EURECA: The future European cryogenic dark matter search |
EURECA (European Underground Rare Event Calorimeter Array) is a planned one-tonne cryogenic dark matter experiment, aiming to search for WIMP interactions with a scattering cross-section down to 10-10pb. It will use cryogenic detector technology developed by the CRESST and EDELWEISS groups, and a selection of different target materials. |
