Black Hole Solutions in String Theory with Gauss-Bonnet Curvature Correction |

Abstract |
We present the black hole solution in the effective model of superstring theory with the Gauss-Bonnet curvature correction coupled to a dilaton field in various dimension. We also examine the thermodynamic properties of the solutions. The existence of dilaton field causes the ambiguity between actions in string frame and Einstein frame connected by conformal transformation non-trivial. We find qualitative difference from one in the effective truncated model in the Einstein frame. |
