Charged Black holes in varying fine structure "constant" theory |
|
Abstract |
Variation of the fine structure "constant" have been called to explain cosmological discrepancy of the fine-structure multiples in quasar spectra. We describe charged black holes in the framework of the fine-structure varying theory proposed by one of the authors many years ago. The analog of the Reissner Nordstrom solution is a space time containing a black hole that hides a time-like singularity and a naked singularity one far away from the other. The black hole solution satisfies the second law of thermodynamics. |
