Complete Gaussian coordinates for Kerr and Schwarzschild metrics |

Abstract |
We build a system of Gaussian coordinates for the Schwarzschild and Kerr metrics using the Hamilton-Jacobi equation. In this coordinate system, the Kerr metric reduces to the Schwarzschild by taking an appropriate limit. The Gaussian coordinate system is complete in both cases. |
