Abstract |
We investigate some important characteristics of Hawking radiation motivated by quantum field theory. Hawking radiation spectrum is explored via tunneling phenomenon. We study the effects of Hawking radiation as a tunneling of charged fermions through event horizons of some particular black holes by using semiclassical WKB approximation to the general covariant Dirac equation. The tunneling probabilities of outgoing charged particles as well as their corresponding Hawking temperatures are also evaluated. |
