Abstract |
Dark energy dominates the global dynamics of the Universe on the spatial scales of ~10 Gpc. It may also dominates the dynamics of local Hubble flows on the relatively small scales of ~1-10 Mpc. This is demonstrated with the use of the HST observations (more than 200 orbits)of the nearby groups and clusters of galaxies together with expansion outflows around them.
