Abstract |
With about 300 refereed papers published each year, XMM-Newton is one of the most successful scientific missions of ESA ever. The talk gives an overview of recent scientific highlights and achievements. Especially attention is given to observations of the strong gravitational field in the vicinity of black holes, clusters of galaxies and cosmological studies. |
