Abstract |
The basic tenets of the MOND paradigm imply a number of general laws that must govern the dynamics of galaxies, and of other self-gravitating galactic systems. These laws, which are analogs of Kepler's laws of planetary dynamics in Newtonian dynamics, are thus shared by all MOND theories that embody the basic tenets. I will describe how these laws follow from the basic premises, and confront them with data. |
