Abstract |
We propose a possible identification with an IR counterpart of the low mass X-ray binary IGR J17480-2446, discovered by Integral. We performed observations of the core of Terzan 5 with an adaptice optic system, specifically ESO-VLT NAOS-CONICA while the source was in outburst. We aim to characterize the low mass donor and to shed light on the evolution of this systems and stellar polulations in the cluster. |
