Title

Construction of self-gravitating system composed by dust disks immersed in a halo with magnetic field.
Co-authors Guillermo A. González V, Ph.D.

Abstract

Relativistic models of thin dust disks surrounded by a espheriodal halo of matter with magnetic field are presented. The models are obtained from axisymmetric solutions of Einstein-Maxwell equations for conformestatic spacetimes. In order to obtain the solutions, we assume a functional relationship between the metric function and the magnetic potential, such that the equations system reduces to the Laplace equation for a problem with axial symmetry. Moreover, the system disk-halo satisfies all the energy conditions. From the obtained solutions, is determined the energy momentum tensor and the four-vector current for halo as well as for disk. Furthermore, the solutions for the auxiliary function -wich is solution of Laplace equation- are then taken as given by the infinite family of Kuzmin-Toomre's disks.
