Cautious constraints on the cosmic curvature | |||||

Abstract |
It is now taken as near fact that the universe is flat to high accuracy. Yet such constraints are derived assuming that dark energy is a cosmological constant. Constraints on dark energy are then often quoted assuming that the curvature is zero, even though curvature and dynamical dark energy can be degenerate. We investigate how constraints on curvature changes if we accept that dark energy is currently unknown. |
