Abstract |
In this talk I will discuss the stability of static as well as of rotating black holes and solitons in (4+1)-dimensional Anti-de Sitter (AdS) space-time against scalar field condensation. This study has applications in the context of holographic superconductors, where the scalar field plays the role of an order parameter as well as in the stability analysis of certain gauged supergravity black hole solutions. |
