Abstract |
This parallel session is devoted to review and discuss various aspects of the QCD phase diagram, ranging from matter at low temperatures and high densities as the one present in compact objects to matter at high temperatures and low densities, as the one obtained in heavy ion collisions. Special emphasis can be given to the case of neutron stars and future low energy experiments. Different aspects of the phase transition, as the possible existence of a critical end point, the onset of deconfinement and the effects of strong magnetic fields on the phase diagram are also of interest. |
