Energy In Ghost-free Massive Gravity Theory

Abstract

I calculate the energy within the spherically symmetric sector of the ghost-free massive gravity theory by explicitly resolving the constraints. The energy is found to be positive for globally regular and asymptotically flat deformations of the flat space. It can also be negative and even unbounded from below, however, the corresponding solutions of the constraint equations are either not globally regular or not asymptotically flat. Therefore, the negative energy states cannot affect the positive energy sector.

Hairy black holes and Lorentzian wormholes in ghost-free bigravity theory

Abstract

I describe the known black holes and Lorentzian wormholes in the ghost-free bigravity theory with two dynamical metrics. The black holes are either described by the standard Schwarzschild (Kerr) and Schwarzschild-(anti)-de Sitter metrics, or they support massive graviton hair. The wormholes interpolate between the AdS spaces and can be cosmologically large, with the throat size of the order of the Hubble radius.
