Title

Non-Parametric Reconstruction Of Cosmological Quantities
Coauthors Alcaniz, Jailson

Abstract

Different approaches can be used to reconstruct cosmological quantities like the Hubble and deceleration parameter, dark energy equation of state, among others. The most common approach is a parametric model reconstruction that uses an ansatz to describe the behaviour of the Universe density energy content. In this work we reconstruct the H(z) function applying non-parametric methods on cosmic chronometers data. This is done without any assumption in the dynamics of the Universe. Considering this information we reconstruct quantities within cosmological perturbation theory. In this context we do a non-parametric reconstruction of the density matter contrast and the growth factor on scales smaller than the Hubble horizon where the Newton approximation is valid. This approach is useful to distinguish or rule out different dark energy models.
