Title

Generation Of Bipolar Jets From General Relativistic Viscous Disc Around Black Hole
Coauthors Kumar, Rajiv

Abstract

A proper viscous description of general relativistic accretion disc around black holes, is fundamentally different from pseudo-Newtonian approach, because the relativistic shear tensor do not admit simple expression, but are fairly complicated. We discuss the accretion solution in details from multi-species relativistic fluid in full general relativity. We also compute the relative outflow rates from such a disc which is the precursor of relativistic jets. We conclude that, due to the inaccuracies near the horizon, pseudo-Newtonian potential makes the flow unnecessarily hot. A correct quantitative study can be obtained only in the relativistic paradigm. We also discuss the observational implications of such solutions.
