Title |
Time-transient change of couplings and its dark matter connection | |||||

Abstract |
I will present the set of new ideas discussed in the past few years that allow for a much broader pattern of temporal change of coupling constants. Besides a slow linear drift, typically discussed, I will argue that an oscillating pattern, and a transient patterns may be expected, if the shift of couplings is somehow caused by the interaction with very light dark matter fields. I will also discuss a broad set of probes that can search for such effects, including the networks of magnetometers, atomic clocks, and gravitational wave detectors. |
