Title

Effects of Photon Bending on the Spectral and Timing Properties for Different Accretion Disks
Coauthors

Abstract

In the literature, the study of photon bending around a black hole has been done mostly with a Keplerian disk. However, since the spectral and timing properties indicate presence of at least two components, we needed to re-visit the problem by studying the behaviour of photon bending from a Thick accretion disk, which is a proxy of a CENtrifugal pressure dominated Boundary Layer or CENBOL. First, we discuss our procedure and reproduce the known results, namely, the image of a Keplerian disk around a black hole. Second, we compute the spectral properties from different inclination angle and indicate the dependence. Next we study the thick disk image, spectral properties also. We show how the intensity changes at different energies when an oscillation of the outer boundary of CENBOL sets in. We are generalizing this result using a time dependent coupled hydrodynamic code.
