Abstract |
I will present a case of relativistic jets from an accreting stellar black hole that is inducing massive star formation in the Milky Way. Although in the present epoch this star formation mechanism is not statistically important, in earlier epochs of the universe it may have played an important role, and this case study is an ideal laboratory to understand the physics of this star formation mechanism. |
