Abstract |
Searches for continuous wave sources with the LIGO and Virgo detectors aim to measure gravitational wave signals that are long lived, nearly sinusoidal and extremely weak, believed to be emitted by rapidly rotating neutron stars in our galaxy. I will report the results so far obtained and present plans and expectations for the Advanced Detector Era. |
