Exact Inhomogeneous Dust Solutions And Backreaction |

Abstract |
I my talk I will discuss properties of exact inhomogeneous cosmological models in relation to backreaction. Using several examples I will show how exact perturbations affect evolution of matter (density and expansion) and light propagation. I will also discuss how the presence of inhomogeneities affects the large scale averages. I will discuss, within the context of exact solutions of the Einstein equations, the conditions that lead to negligibly small backreaction, as well as the conditions that potentially could lead to large backreaction. |
