Cosmic Polarization Rotation: a GR test using astrophysical measurements

Abstract

The Cosmic Polarization Rotation (CPR) will be briefly introduced, as a test of the Einstein equivalence principle, on which General Relativity is based. The astrophysical tests of CPR made using the polarization of radio galaxies and of the cosmic microwave background will be reviewed. Future prospects for CPR measurements will be described
