LIGO and Virgo Open Data initiatives for Multi-Messenger Astrophysics |

Abstract |
An overview of the plans for sharing low-latency triggers, published event data, and full data sets for the Virgo and LIGO detectors will be given. Our objectives are to maximize the chances for early host identification of gravitational-wave sources which are EM- and particle-bright, and to enable a larger community of interested researchers to pursue analysis of the GW data as well as multi-messenger astrophysics involving GW signals. |
