Influence of Plasma on the Black Hole Shadow: Analytical Approach |

Abstract |
Influence of plasma around black hole on the black hole shadow is discussed. Whereas modelling is made by many groups, we perform the first attempt to investigation of the shadow in matter based on analytical calculations. We work in frame of geometrical optics and take into account effects of general relativity and plasma presence. Cases of Shchwarzschild and Kerr black holes are considered. |
