| June 1st | Deadline for early registration (€ 350) Final Plenary Program Deadline for abstract submission |
| June 8th | Deadline for room cancellation without penalty fee (a part from the 20 € fee) |
| June 26th | Deadline for room cancellation with a 20% penalty fee + 20 € fee. After this date, no cancellatioon will be refunded. |
