The June 1 deadline for early registration and abstract submission is delayed until June 15 to alleviate last minute time pressure problems
Explanation:The registration procedure consists of three steps.
You must first fill out the on-line registration form, which will give you an MG12 registration ID code that you must save (save or print the subsequent web page with this MG12 registration ID; it should also be sent to your email address to confirm registration). If you so desire, you may continue automatically without re-entering the MG12 registration ID to submit an abstract for an invited plenary talk or to a parallel session by selecting the appropriate abbreviation from the pull down menu after consulting the parallel session list for the session titles. If you wish to submit an abstract at a later time, you may also do so by returning to this page with your MG12 registration ID number.
You may next proceed to pay the registration fee, keeping the early registration fee deadline of June 1, 2009 in mind. This involves a separate registration fee ID to secure the transaction. If you wish to make a hotel reservation through the conference organization, it can only be done on-line at this step, from the choices described on the separate hotel web page.
The € 350 early registration fee includes the Wednesday conference banquet and the proceedings volumes. After June 1, 2009 the fee increases to € 450. A reduced fee of € 150 applies to students. It does not include either the conference banquet or proceedings.
The early opening of registration is intended to help structure the parallel session program through early abstract submission and to allow participants to take advantage of early booking of favorable travel fares, in particular through our partnership with Air France (special booking code available only after registration).
