Secretariat/registration open from 8:00am to 1:30pm from wednesday. Payment of registration fee after Wednesday 1pm o'clock will be possible only by cash

Sunday July 12th - REGISTRATION OPENS 10am at the Department of Physics (old building, "FISICA Marconi")! It is strongly suggested to register on Sunday July 12 from 10am to 6pm and pay the registration fee if not already paid, in any case before Monday July 13, in order to avoid long lines on Monday morning.
On Tuesday July 14 registration desks will instead be located at Aula Magna starting at 8am.

- Monday July 13th, 1:00 pm - Group Picture
- Monday July 13th, 9:00-9:35 am - Inauguration and Marcel Grossmann Awards at Aula Magna ("La Sapienza" University of Rome)
- June 25th - Deadline for on-line parallel session or plenary talk abstract submission and poster session
- May 25th - Deadline for early registration: € 350 - postponed to June 10th - After June 10th - late registration: € 400
