Registration
The registration procedure consists of three steps:

ON-LINE REGISTRATION FORM:
You must first fill in the on-line registration form, which will give you an MG15 registration ID code that you must save (save or print the subsequent web page with this MG15 registration ID; it will be sent to your email address to confirm registration).
Please, make sure not to use the same e-mail address for more than one registration/participant. Thank you.
Instructions about invitation letters can be found in this registration form (Step 1).
Please note that a further email (subject: MG15 instructions for payment) will be sent by registration@sistemacongressi.com shortly after. This email will include instructions to pay your registration fee (STEP 3).

ON-LINE ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FOR PARALLEL SESSION TALKS/POSTERS AND PLENARY TALKS
Deadlines for abstract submission are as follows:
- Oral communications and poster presentations: April 30 - extended up to 10 June 2018
- Plenary talks: May 30
A procedure for extended abstract submission has been adopted to offer more detailed program information at the meeting, and help expedite your later contribution to the proceedings. After submitting a short text abstract, it will be helpful but not mandatory to upload a PDF file with a short summary of the contribution (say 2 pages for posters, 4 pages for oral contributions, 10 pages for plenary talks) including a complete reference list in order to provide more information to other participants in the meeting to draw interest to your work. This can be done as a separate step any time before the meeting. This PDF should be prepared with the World Scientific proceedings Latex or Word template available on the proceedings page. This will give the parallel session chairpersons more information to evaluate and referee each contribution for acceptance as well as to allocate appropriate time slots. Secondly, when the program is finalized just before the meeting, all the summaries of the accepted contributions (possibly updated at chairperson discretion) will be made available to all participants via the conference web site. After the meeting, these documents can be easily edited by their authors for submission to the MG15 Proceedings.
Submitting an abstract at least one month before the deadline will increase the chances that the chairs can consider it for inclusion in the program.
The result of all submissions can be viewed in the preliminary participant list.
You can also participate in the meeting without submitting an abstract for a talk or poster by completing only Steps 1 and 3..

You may next proceed to pay the registration fee, keeping in mind the early registration fee deadline of May 25, 2018, extended up to June 10, 2018. Please follow the instructions included in the email (subject: MG15 instructions for payment) you received. If you haven't received any instruction payment email, please write to registration@sistemacongressi.com

At this step you may also book your ticket for the conference banquet. Price € 70.
If you are interested in lunch boxes, tickets can be booked ONLY at on-site registration; there will be a dedicated desk.
On line fee payments will be accepted until June 25th, 2018. Registration link will be disconnected at 6PM (Central European Time). After this deadline, registration fees can only be paid on site by credit card.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE?
Registration Fee includes: admission to all sessions, coffee breaks.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR REGISTRATIONS
If the registration and abstract submission pages do not appear after you click on their link, try again while pressing the control button down (CTRL) and simultaneously clicking on the link.
The 1st registration step is required of all participants. Step 2 is not compulsory; you are required to fill out that form only if you wish to present a scientific contribution in a parallel session at the meeting.
PROBLEMS

Some institutions have exaggerated file security measures that may prevent a few of you from accessing our registration robot. Try a home internet service provider before contacting us for help.
ON-SITE REGISTRATION
For payment of the registration fee on-site, debit cards as well as credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, CartaSi, American Express) will be accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS
Cancellations must be received in writing by June 25th, 2018. Cancellations received by this date will receive a full refund, less € 75 for administrative fee per cancellation. Please mail your cancellation request to: registration@sistemacongressi.com. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after this deadline.
